Qualifications:

You are a results-driven leader with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Retail Operations Leader in a high-performance sales environment.

You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating a genuine sense of care.

You have the ability to engage and connect with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Your business acumen is exceptional, complemented by analytical thinking that drives positive outcomes.

You are skilled in attracting, retaining, and developing outstanding teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal mobility.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems is essential.
You are at least 18 years old and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexibility in your work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is part of the role's requirements, which may involve standing for extended periods.
