Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruiting or sales role.
  • Basic computer proficiency is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Ability to leverage social media for recruitment purposes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Customer service and sales orientation are important.
  • Experience with social media platforms is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting within the transportation or logistics sector.
