Nurse Practitioner

The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment. As a proactive and collaborative team player, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive individualized care that meets their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals, using effective communication methods such as bedside shift report and interdisciplinary rounds.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing
- Current/active license as a registered nurse in the State of Georgia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) card from the American Heart Association
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
