Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient exams and evaluations, including medical history, physical exams, and review of pertinent medical records and imaging.
- Order and review diagnostic tests and labs, such as MRIs and NCVs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including trigger point and joint injections.
- Provide patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, rehabilitation exercises, and various modalities.
- Manage patient care, including prescribing physical therapy and chiropractic care as needed.
- Treat patients with trigger point and joint injections.
- Prescribe medications as necessary for pain and treatment, excluding narcotics.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate and timely records.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current PA/NP license in GA.
- Orthopedic, physical medicine and rehabilitation, or pain management background required.
- Experience with trigger point and joint injections a plus.
- A competitive salary range of $125k-$130k (DOE).
