Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our Transport Division at Tiger Fuel Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and dispatching fuel deliveries to our complex network of 200 dealer locations in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch Transport Drivers for fuel tanker load deliveries
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and efficient delivery of fuel products
  • Communicate with Transport Drivers and staff to track relevant information and meet customer demands
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and Tiger Fuel Company policies and guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years in transportation or a related logistic field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Complex problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; college beneficial
