We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Confluence Health. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including standard recipes and special requests.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth food service operations.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and rotating products to ensure maximum quality.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
- Two years of progressively responsible experience in a fast-food, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Valid Department of Health Food Handler's permit issued by the State of Washington.
