Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- At least 6 years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales with strong closing skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Prior HCM Sales Leadership experience is highly desirable.
