  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and audits financial reports.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales representatives' technical knowledge, competitive awareness, and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales with strong closing skills.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Prior HCM Sales Leadership experience is highly desirable.
