Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing patient schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between our dental team and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage patient schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Communicate effectively with our dental team, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct audits of patient schedules, quality of data entry, and patient information to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Present post-exam consultations and financing options to patients, providing clear and concise information
Requirements
  • Associates' degree or 3 years of management experience
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
