Candidates are expected to be dedicated to delivering transformative clinical care in both outpatient and inpatient environments. Additionally, there may be opportunities for qualified candidates to engage in teaching and clinical research.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated endocrinologist with a clinical focus to enhance our team in Winter Park, Florida.
The mission of the AdventHealth Diabetes Institute is to enhance the lives of individuals with diabetes, advocate for a healthy lifestyle, provide excellence in clinical care and education, and conduct research aimed at diabetes prevention and potential cures.
The new physician will collaborate with a larger team of over 20 endocrine providers across multiple locations in Central Florida.
Details:
- Emphasis on general endocrinology and diabetes
- Outpatient-focused, with no inpatient duties
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shared on-call responsibilities
Requirements:
- Fellowship training is mandatory
- Active board certification through the American Board of Internal Medicine, with board certification or eligibility (within five years of training completion) in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
