At ManTech International Corporation, we're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Migration Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Data Center of Excellence development team, you'll play a pivotal role in our critical cloud migration efforts.

As a Cloud Migration Architect, you'll collaborate with Product Owners to support digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders to craft effective cloud architecture and data service requirements, providing expert advice on migrating data from legacy on-premises applications to AWS Cloud implementations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing target AWS architectures against requirements to identify gaps and suggest remediations.
  • Providing data archival strategy for Petabyte class architectures.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to support digital transformation and cloud migration efforts.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to craft effective cloud architecture and data service requirements.
  • Providing expert advice on migrating data from legacy on-premises applications to AWS Cloud implementations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years total technical work experience.
  • 8+ years' experience cloud migration/architecture.
  • 5+ years' experience working for a consulting firm.
  • Ability to assess target cloud architectures and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with cloud migration projects and related technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • AWS Certification

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance.
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

ManTech offers a competitive salary range of $155,200-$257,900, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, short-term and long-term disability, retirement and savings, learning and development opportunities, and wellness programs.
