Compensation and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

As a Construction Laborer, you will perform various tasks, including job layout, shoveling, raking, sweeping, and traffic control, using small equipment like blowers, saws, compactors, and jack hammers. You'll also participate in on-the-job training to enhance your skills and potentially advance to an equipment operator role.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Prior experience in construction or a physically demanding role is beneficial, and obtaining a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) may be necessary.
  • You should be physically capable of performing tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Able to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and assist in training new colleagues.
Working Environment

This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, with occasional overtime and weekend work. Local and regional travel opportunities are available.
