Asphalt Plant Technician

We're seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the foreperson on road crews or at asphalt plants/maintenance shops, utilizing their skills in job layout, equipment operation, and teamwork.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000, complemented by comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and a pension plan through the Union. This attractive compensation package supports your professional growth and overall well-being.

• You'll be responsible for tasks such as job layout, shoveling, raking, sweeping, and traffic control, as well as operating small equipment.
• Prior experience in construction or a related field is advantageous, and you may need to obtain a CDL.
• You should be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues.

This is a seasonal, full-time position that requires working outdoors in different weather conditions. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be necessary, with local and regional travel opportunities available.
