Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Director of Nursing / Healthcare Operations Manager at our Massachusetts Department of Correction MCI-Framingham location in Framingham, MA. As a key member of our team, you will oversee nursing operations and provide quality patient care to meet contractual requirements and health policy standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel in one or more patient care units.
  • Evaluate patient care delivery processes and identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement site performance improvement plans and monitor progress.
  • Conduct accreditation readiness audits and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Anticipate and address healthcare delivery issues proactively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to meet patient needs.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing School required. Bachelor or Masters Degree in nursing preferred.
  • Licensed to practice nursing in the State, board-certified or board-eligible in medicine, and has training and experience providing services to an adult population.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with correctional healthcare experience preferred.
  • Previous clinical operations management experience preferred.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 depending on experience.
