Financial Advisory Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Consumer, Food & Retail Private Market Advisory team in Minneapolis. As a key member of our team, you will provide financial advisory services to both public and private companies in the middle market space, including founder-owned, entrepreneur-led, and private equity-backed clients across the food and beverage supply chain, as well as the consumer products and services sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client financial and performance information
  • Run financial models and conduct analysis
  • Perform company and industry research
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials
  • Interact with senior bankers and clients

Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, preferably in the middle market investment banking space
  • Strong analytical skills with training in the building of presentation materials and financial modeling
  • Proven academic excellence with excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
  • Team player mindset; ability to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both to deal teams and external clients
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • High level of responsiveness with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a high-quality work product
