Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role
  • Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with millwork machinery and operations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Compensation:
