Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Assist in the coordination and oversight of daily operations, including managing party experiences, training and supervising staff, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, interact with customers, and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, provide support during peak periods, and ensure all staff members perform at a consistently high level.
  • Inventory and Expense Management: Assist with inventory and controlling expenses, including maintaining secure cash handling procedures.
  • Facility Maintenance: Help maintain the appearance and redemption presentation of our facility.
  • Pre-Shift Walk-Through: Conduct daily pre-shift walk-throughs to confirm arrival of scheduled employees, compliance with dress codes, and other essential tasks.
  • Program Development: Develop a clear understanding of Parks & Recreation programs, policies, and activities, and negotiate and resolve sensitive and controversial issues.
  • Online Review Monitoring: Assist in monitoring online reviews to ensure guest standards are consistently met and/or improve guest experience.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field. 1 year of related experience in hospitality (entertainment, theme parks, hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants) with 6 to 12 months of experience in management.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Valid Driver's License, CPR certified.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Ability to perform technical and detail-oriented management skills, establish working relationships with all employees, management, and vendors, and demonstrate strong leadership qualities and problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Working Conditions

This is a safety-sensitive position, and you will be subject to drug and alcohol testing. You must be at least 18 years of age and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
