**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Finisher Foreman to join our team at Baker Construction. As a Finisher Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the placement, finishing, and curing of concrete. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Plan, coordinate, and execute the placement of concrete to meet project requirements.
* Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with Company and DOT regulations, including vehicle operation and maintenance.
* Participate in training and certifications to maintain expertise in concrete mix designs and effects of usage.

**Requirements**

* 5 years of experience in construction or a related field, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Proficient in concrete mix designs and effects of its usage, with ACI Flatwork Finisher Certification.

**Benefits**
