Job Title: Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Kobiton. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our industry-leading software systems that enable customers to deliver exceptional mobile experiences.

Job Description

Kobiton is a venture-backed company that empowers enterprises to accelerate mobile app delivery through manual, automated, and no-code testing on real devices. Our AI-augmented mobile testing platform uniquely delivers one-hour continuous testing and integration.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality software systems that meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive products and features.
  • Architect and implement complex software systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
  • Write, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise through code reviews, pair programming, and technical presentations.
Requirements
  • Experience in true application development, with substantial work in both mobile and server-side environments.
  • Expertise in server-side development, multi-threading, and multi-process management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
