Job Title:

Senior Angular Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Angular Developer to join our team at Resource Informatics Group. As a Senior Angular Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software applications using Angular and Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and enhancement of software applications.
  • Actively participate in researching, troubleshooting, or resolving complex support issues.
  • Consult with clients, business analysts, architects, and team members in the project planning process.
  • Monitor project milestones and critical dates to identify potential project schedule risks.
  • Communicate with business analysts, quality assurance, project owners, and stakeholders about project status, roadblocks, etc.
  • Provide input for buy vs. build recommendations and research the feasibility or availability of custom, open source, and commercial (COTS) solution alternatives.
  • Proactively analyze existing applications to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvements.
  • Support any change management necessary for implemented process improvements.
  • Identify system and/or business requirements and elicit, analyze, document, and communicate business or technical requirements for designated systems or applications.
  • Recommend procedures to solve problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, form of desired results, and integration of components.
  • Develop software and/or applications specifications and make recommendations and provide input for decisions or considerations involving new code development or existing code reuse.
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members and provide technical guidance along with business process expertise for projects.
  • Develop reports and presentations for management, as needed or requested.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience leading projects and acting as a team lead.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated project experience using Angular.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated project experience using Spring Boot.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated project experience with Java 8+.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated project experience working with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated project experience with responsive and adaptive UI/UX design or development and supporting technologies (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience working with an RDBMS such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
  • 3+ years of experience with RESTful Web Services or APIs and supporting tools (Postman, Swagger, JMeter, etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience with data exchange/serialization languages, formats, or technologies (JSON, YAML, XML, etc.).
