Position Overview

Qualifications:

Preferred: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; RN or LPN credentials from an accredited institution.

A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License is required.

Experience:

Prior sales experience within a healthcare context is essential.

  11. Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with all stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Promote the SpiriTrust Hospice program to local healthcare professionals, including hospitals, medical centers, and case managers, to ensure a healthy census in skilled nursing facilities.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to enhance community awareness of hospice services through participation in local boards and community organizations.
  3. Represent SpiriTrust Hospice in various local initiatives.
  4. Act as an advocate for patients during hospitalizations.

Essential Duties:

  1. Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Facilitate effective communication and negotiation both internally and externally to develop sustainable business relationships.
  3. Log daily sales activities accurately.
  4. Respond to sales inquiries promptly and effectively.
  5. Communicate new opportunities and service issues that impact community relations.
  6. Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients through ethical sales practices.
  7. Plan and prioritize sales activities to meet business objectives.
  8. Manage expenditures within set budgets.
  9. Engage actively in community organizations to promote the presence of SpiriTrust Hospice and build a robust referral network.
  10. Participate in all special events to enhance program visibility.
  11. Coordinate special events and open houses for professionals to raise awareness of our services.
