**Your Role**

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at East Town Kitchen + Bar. As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that every drink and dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

**Responsibilities**

• Provide high-quality service to all guests, building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings

• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and perform daily cleaning and side work

• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions

• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation

• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork

• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment

• Monitor beverage consumption to prevent overserving

• Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude

• A team-player mindset

• Previous restaurant, bar, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

• The ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time, with flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed
