Role Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in the Resource Float Pool, you will:
- Utilize the nursing process and critical thinking to deliver safe and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Exhibit professionalism and confidence in all interactions.
- Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability while serving as a resource for colleagues.
- Maintain accountability for the quality of nursing services provided.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (diploma, associate, or baccalaureate).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical or Medical Surgical Tele/Ortho acute care nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
This position requires compliance with COVID-19 vaccination mandates as applicable.
