Job Title: Server

Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and promoting our Wine Club membership program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, wine offerings, and Wine Club benefits to effectively educate guests and promote sales.
  • Actively engage with guests, responding to questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the bartending, hosting, and food runner teams to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, operating the MICROS system with precision and accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A minimum of 6 months of server experience required.
  • Experience in a full-service, upscale casual restaurant or an equivalent service environment preferred.
  • Must be comfortable actively educating guests on the Wine Club membership program and inviting them to join.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
