Job Summary

CN Guidance and Counseling Services is seeking a highly skilled Primary Clinician to join our team. As a Primary Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive clinical relationships with clients and their families.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions, including psychoeducation, skill building, and safety planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical services and outcomes.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical/Masters Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
  • 1-year experience in mental health and/or chemical dependency community-based setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
