Job Summary

CN Guidance and Counseling Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Clinician to join our team. As a Primary Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical services to our clients, including adolescents and young adults experiencing first episode psychosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive clinical relationships with clients and their families
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based interventions, including psychoeducation, skill building, and safety planning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical services
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide crisis intervention as needed
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical/Masters Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor
  • 1-year experience in mental health and/or chemical dependency community-based setting
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work with diverse populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
