We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellpath. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients, who are often overlooked and underserved.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work under the supervision of the Charge Nurse(s) and direct and guide patient teaching and activities that commensurate with your education and demonstrated competencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the assessment and planning of individual treatment programs for patients, consulting with relevant staff members as needed.
  • Implement individualized treatment programs as directed by Health Care Practitioner, administering medications and obtaining diagnostic tests in accordance with orders and protocols.
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols, including proper safety techniques, procedures, and standard precautions.
  • Respond to patient crises as set forth by site policy and procedure, and assist Health Care Practitioner in medical procedures as necessary.
  • Document nursing encounters using SOAP form of charting, attend mandatory staff meetings and training, and communicate information to relevant staff members as necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
  • Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
