Aircraft Maintenance Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at REACH Medical Holdings. As a key member of our aviation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our fleet of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary equipment is available and in good working order
  • Document all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience as an FAA-certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic
  • 3 years of experience working with turbine-powered helicopters
  • Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and aircraft maintenance systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working under CFR Parts 133, 135, and 145
  • Avionics troubleshooting and electrical repair experience
  • EC135 experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely perform work on scaffolding or ladders
  • Ability to stand, lie, and kneel in awkward positions and spaces for varying time durations
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 150 pounds
