Job Summary: Insight Global is seeking an experienced HIM professional to lead the Release of Information team at a large health system. This team consists of 12 individuals who are responsible for ensuring that all records requested by patients and their doctors are released accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, this individual will be required to pull and analyze data and its trends to help make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 12 individuals responsible for releasing patient records
  • Pull and analyze data to inform decision-making
  • Work in a hospital setting and/or large healthcare system
  • Have 4+ years of HIM experience
  • Be RHIT certified and have 1+ year of ROI experience
  • Have in-depth knowledge of data analysis and review trends

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of HIM experience
  • Experience with smart sheets for data analysis
  • Experience working in a hospital setting and/or large healthcare system
  • RHIT certification
  • 1+ year of ROI experience
  • In-depth knowledge of data analysis and review trends
