  • Comply with all Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and Environmental Policies. Own the standard operating procedures for the role and strive for continuous improvement in performance and quality.
  • Commit to enhancing at least one skill annually in collaboration with a supervisor, focusing on performance outcomes.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve departmental Key Performance Indicators and propose cost-reduction ideas.
  • Perform all duties responsibly, adhering to company policies and applicable regulations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to operate industrial equipment as necessary.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Primarily sedentary work involving standing.
  • Mandatory in-person attendance.
  • Ability to work near moving mechanical components.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Work environment may be loud.
  • Comfortable working in wet and humid conditions.
  • Good physical health is essential, including the ability to stand, sit, climb, bend, kneel, and squat.
  • Strong vision and manual dexterity are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Quick learner of new systems and processes.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One year of experience in manufacturing, landscaping, or warehouse settings.
  • Ability to operate industrial equipment as required.
