Administrative Support Professional

Spurwink Services is a leading organization in the Adult Program Office sector, offering part-time opportunities for highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistants. This role provides direct support to Program Managers and Associate Directors in a fast-paced team environment.
Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year (dependent on experience and location)
About the Role:
We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills, able to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, along with the ability to learn and utilize Spurwink's electronic health records system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Program Managers and Associate Directors
- Create and manage various documents using Excel and Word
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some undergraduate experience preferred
- Relevant work experience in secretarial, computer management, or office management preferred
