Carewatch of Michigan is currently in search of reliable and enthusiastic Care Leads to enhance our team. We seek individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a sense of responsibility, and a genuine passion for assisting seniors or individuals with disabilities in performing daily activities safely.


Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Covering open shifts as needed
  • Managing timesheet submissions
  • Delivering supplies to clients
  • Conducting supervisory visits
  • Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Running errands and grocery shopping
  • Assisting with laundry and recreational activities
  • Supporting clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing care for individuals with Alzheimer's
  • Assisting with mobility, transferring, and positioning
  • Reminding clients about medication
  • Conducting training and completing off-site orientations

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willingness to travel within a designated area
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Flexible availability for scheduling
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Previous experience in senior care, either professional or personal, is necessary
  • References must be provided and verified
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds; perform tasks requiring kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching, carrying, or stooping
