We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to join our team in Benton Harbor, MI. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide medication reminders and ensure clients follow their prescribed medication schedules.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning and grocery shopping.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning, to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional conditions to supervisors or family members.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift clients when necessary.
  • Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature.
