The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Golf Associates. As a Golf Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests and acquainting them with our property
  • Explaining our venue, checking guests in, and equipping them with the tools to play
  • Serving beverages and ice cream at the golf counter and assisting with retail purchases
  • Maintaining the golf shop and ensuring it's fully stocked
  • Removing trash, maintaining organization, and ensuring cleanliness of the golf shop and courses
  • Answering phone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and balancing cash drawers
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a memorable experience for all guests
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in guest service, retail, or hospitality in a high-volume environment
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to accurately use our POS system
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Strong team focus
  • Preferred: Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
