POSITION SUMMARY

The Collision Center Receptionist is essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring efficient operations at the front desk. This role involves welcoming clients, managing phone inquiries, processing payments, and coordinating various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

COMPENSATION

  • Hourly Rate: $17 per hour.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage front desk operations.
  • Welcome and direct customers upon their arrival.
  • Efficiently answer and route phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Facilitate customer check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Process customer payments, reconcile cash transactions, and ensure accuracy in financial dealings.
  • Maintain and organize the appointment schedule for customer visits.
  • Conduct follow-up calls on insurance matters to ensure timely processing.
  • Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments.
  • Organize and file all necessary paperwork systematically.
  • Accurately process invoices for services rendered.
  • Handle electronic funds transfers to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Manage the processing of insurance payments, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Update the daily schedule for the Collision Center.
  • Oversee the towing schedule to ensure timely service.
  • Generate repair orders for towing services, capturing all necessary details.
  • Prepare and process invoices for towing services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing financial transactions and basic accounting tasks.
  • Familiarity with automotive software, such as Dealertrack, is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
