Respiratory Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Lincare Holdings. This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated professional to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Setup: Perform equipment setups in a timely and professional manner, including ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units.
- Patient Education: Provide patient education as an intricate part of the patient care activity, frequently in the patient's home.
- Patient Assessments: Conduct complete and professional patient assessments in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Certification/Registration/License: Must be certified, registered, or licensed by the applicable state and/or national board governing clinical practice.
- Experience: Level 1: Familiar with equipment and services provided in the home health care setting; Level 2: Minimum of two years experience in home health care; Level 3: Minimum of three years experience in home health care.
- Communication Skills: Excellent human relations skills to interface with doctors, other referral sources, and patients.
The estimated salary for this position is $35.00-$55.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
