Housekeeping Specialist

Capital Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Amberleigh, a premier retirement community in Williamsville, NY. As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' apartments and common areas.

Salary: $15.25 per hour

In this rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our seniors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring inventory of chemicals, supplies, and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Familiarizing yourself with cleaning schedules of Residents' apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks.
• Performing housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
• Ensuring that other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitors their completion.
• Providing laundry services as needed and/or directed.
