The Process Reliability Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency at our manufacturing facilities. Reporting directly to the Principal Engineer, this position focuses on driving initiatives aimed at identifying and eliminating production inefficiencies.

  • Lead and advocate for innovative process enhancements to mitigate key production challenges.
  • Establish and maintain zero loss mapping for manufacturing teams utilizing advanced analytics.
  • Leverage loss costing insights to improve manufacturing design elements and optimize the loss database.
  • Engage with plant leadership to manage projects that involve personnel, equipment, and material process improvements.
  • Align efforts with goals related to manufacturing profitability, operability, and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing, zero loss analysis, or Six Sigma methodologies may substitute for a degree.
  • Expertise in process documentation technologies, including Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, Mass and Energy Balances, Control Strategies, and Specifications.
  • Experience with various process technologies, including mixing, blending, flow control, and temperature management, as well as equipment such as heat exchangers and homogenizers.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with external partners, vendors, and suppliers on sensitive projects.
