About the Role

Sauder Woodworking is seeking an Ecommerce Item Specialist to join our Sales team. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless launch of new products on ecommerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aid in uploading and activating new or existing products to ecommerce websites, including loading attributions, product descriptions, and associated content.
  • Monitor the time it takes to get products on account websites and address barriers/roadblocks with Sales Assistants.
  • Regularly audit content on ecommerce partner's websites to ensure accurate display of information and content.
  • Correct and ensure changes of all inaccurate information and content stemming from website audits.
  • Verify product and content setup best practices are maintained.
  • Research process of uploading products and content to different ecommerce sites when needed.
  • Handle heavy volume with emphasis on accuracy and speed to market.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues before they go out to the customer.
  • Work closely with several departments to obtain critical information to be uploaded to customer sites.
