Our Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) Registered Nurses enjoy a robust benefits package, including health insurance, flexible scheduling, 100% licensure/certification reimbursement, Tuition Reimbursement, and up to $20K for student loan contribution. As an IMC Registered Nurse, you will evaluate assigned patients and plan, implement, and document nursing care. You will assist physicians during examinations and procedures, perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse. You will promote patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Requirements include an Active NM Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact RN License, Associates Degree or higher in Nursing, Current BLS, ACLS and PALS Certification from the American Heart Association, and at least 1 year of IMC or Intermediate Care Unit experience preferred.
