We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Senior Advantage Nights team at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System - Winchester.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, performing plan of care interventions, and collaborating with the care team to coordinate patient care.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for documenting patient care, monitoring and recording patient condition, and communicating with the care team and family members as needed.
Additionally, the RN will assist patients with activities of daily living, evaluate learning needs, and provide patient education.
Requirements include an Associate's degree in Nursing, current and active Registered Nurse Licensure for the State of Tennessee, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Requirements:

Working Conditions:
The RN will work scheduled shifts, including overtime, and accept all call schedules as directed.
They will maintain a neat and professional appearance in compliance with the existing dress code and report directly to the Director of Senior Advantage.
