Senior Living Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bear Creek Senior Living. As a Senior Living Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify and address any changes in resident condition.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and disease management.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in senior living or long-term care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
