Job Summary

Taxwell is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and live chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide clear and concise communication to customers, both verbally and in writing
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide effective support
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills required
  • Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or retail preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
