Agency Sales Management Position

Staff My Agency is seeking an experienced Agency Sales Management professional to lead our sales team in delivering exceptional results. As an Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends
  • Experience working with agency partners and developing sales strategies
