We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Care Manager to join our team at Redwood Community Services. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Services team, you will play a critical role in providing rehabilitative, restorative treatment services, crisis intervention, and therapeutic intervention to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide one-on-one behavioral support, reinforce positive behaviors, and promote social interaction with clients.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate regular scheduled activities or outings with clients to promote skill-building and socialization.
- Medication Support: Provide medication support to clients as needed and complete required documentation.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Education: A minimum of two (2) years of education in a mental health-related field, such as child development, social work, human behavior, rehabilitation, psychology, or alcohol and drug counseling.
- Experience: At least two (2) years of full-time/equivalent (FTE) experience in a mental health-related field providing direct mental health services.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid Certified, TB Exam and Physical at the time of employment.
