Warehouse Associate I Job Summary

White Cap is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate I to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise, as well as picking, packing, and shipping products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
  • Pick, pack, and ship products to customers.
  • Receive, count, and record shipment information into the system.
  • May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
  • Lift and carry material up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred.
