Job Summary

Keke's Breakfast Cafe - Palm Harbor is seeking a skilled Expeditor to join our team. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that food is cooked to perfection and presented to our guests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate food preparation and presentation to ensure that all orders are ready at the same time.
  • Work closely with servers to deliver food to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and plate food items according to standard recipes and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized server line area, including utensils, containers, and surfaces.
  • Perform side work as required and be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
