Job Posting

We are hiring a Compliance Resource Center Representative to join our Strategic Management team. This is a remote opportunity based in Utah, supporting our Compliance Resource Center's Hotline Service Center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving hotline calls from individuals, preparing reports of information received from client employees, and providing client support duties such as assisting new clients with initial setup, managing client support databases, and other associated tasks.

Approximately 15-30 hours per week are available on weeknights, weekends, and holidays. Typical shift hours (MST) include:

  • 6pm-12am; 9pm-4am; 10pm-5am
Responsibilities
  • Input client forms into CRC databases.
  • Capture conversations with callers by completing written reports.
  • Prepare routine metric reports.
  • Support CRC clients via email.
  • Manage client contract folders.
  • Train clients on the hotline reporting system.
  • Manage client support files.

An Associate degree and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite are required. A Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience are preferred.

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
