Receptionist (PRN)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist (PRN) to join our team at Coachella Valley Behavioral Health. As a Receptionist (PRN), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, visitors, and staff.

• Manage front office reception and general administrative duties
• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors and guests
• Notify facility personnel of visitor arrivals
• Maintain security by following established procedures
• Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors
• Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
• Handle facility inquiries and provide general information
• Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
• Copy, file, and update paper and electronic documents

• High School diploma or equivalent required

Shift: This is a PRN position, working hours as available (could be any day of the week from 7 AM to 7 PM). Coachella Valley Behavioral Health is a new premier inpatient treatment center for adults age 18 and older, opening soon and setting the standard for nursing care in behavioral health.
