Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of restaurant staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a management role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling.
