About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our Administrative Fellowship program at Rochester Regional Health. As an Administrative Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful system-wide projects, gain new skills, and develop your expertise in areas of interest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the guidance of a preceptor and program executive sponsor to set goals, receive constructive feedback, and manage project portfolios.
  • Contribute to the development of the next generation of healthcare leaders through innovative approaches and solutions.
  • Collaborate with preceptors and colleagues to refine necessary skills in management and prepare for the next step of your career.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong interest in contributing to a large health system in areas of population health, care innovation, or healthcare informatics.
  • Current enrollment or degree in MHSA, MPH, MHA, or MBA preferred; CAHME accredited college preferred. Bachelor's degree required.
  • Consideration will also be given to students from other comparable graduate degree programs with professional experience in healthcare.
